Exchanged and Returns


 We offer a period of 7 calendar days once the product is received to make any claim. Our return policy applies up to 7 days one the product is received. the valid receipt date will be the one provided by the supping company. If more than 7 calendar days have passed after the receipt date marked by the carrier, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes. Any sale marked "Sale" or under discount is final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Some additional products without exchanged or refunded are: earring, gift cards, digital products and services. We reserve the right to deny any exchanged and/or refunded if it does not meet the requirements established in our policy.

Additional terms applicable for exchanged and/or returns:

  • The product must be and be returned in the original packaging.
  • All products must be new, in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, without marks of use of fragrances.
  • the person requesting the change must be the same person who made the purchase/payment.
  • you must present a purchase and payment receipt.
To request an exchange, write to us at: and send us proof of purchase, photos of the product (as received) and reason for requesting the change. You will receive an email returned with its approval or denial. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. We only exchange broken or damaged products for the same or similar product. If the product chosen as an exchange exceeds the price of the returned product, the customer must pay the excess. On the contrary, if the chosen product is of lower value, the customer will have credit available in the store. If you apply for an exchange, the shipping cost will be deducted from the available value. We do not return money. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. The cost of shipping the replaced product will be assumed by the customer. We are not responsible for packages sent but not received during a return/exchange process.
